Schulz Wines Long Lunch

Barny’s, Black Star Pastry and Schulz Wines are pleased to announce an evening of fine wines and food highlighting the Barossa Valley. Put the 26th March 2015 at 7pm in your diary and book now as to not be disappointed.

Marcus Schulz is a 5th generation wine maker and his excellent wines have only been available to the public since 2004. In the early days Dave Powell from Torbreck made the wines for Schulz (neighbouring properties) and now Marcus has taken on the job ,taking the vineyard down the organic, bio-dynamic, sustainable and pesticide free path. The wines show great regional characteristics and excellent fruit and balance.

The dinner will comprise of 8 Schulz wines ending with the flagship Marcus Shiraz matched with 8 wonderful dishes from the Black Star Pastry team.

Only 50 places available at $130 per person, (non-refundable) starting at 7pm @ Black Star Pastry (Dunning Avenue, Rosebery)
