2016 Clara Semillon

This very old ‘Madeira Clone’ develops copper pink skins when fully ripe and the larger berries produce very clear vibrant juice .The resultant wine has aromas of grapefruit, green lime with some mineralisation and austere characters. The flavors are fresh and vibrant with green apple and orange blossom overtones, finishing with zesty crisp after taste.

Enjoy in moderation ,with any seafood and tossed salad or just relaxing on the veranda with friends on a lovely spring day.
